TUITION PAYMENT POLICY

All tuition at CCAC is pre-paid for the whole month at or before the first class of the month.  Tuition paid after the 10th of the month will accrue a 10% late fee.  Instructors are not paid until tuition is collected.

ABSENCE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Students must give at least 24 hours notice if a class will be missed.  If such notice is given, the instructor will attempt to reschedule the missed class within his/her available time.  Missed classes (at the fault of the student) are not refundable or transferrable.  Classes can be cancelled by the instructor at any time.  However, cancelled classes will be rescheduled at no extra charge to the student.

SCHOLARSHIP POLICY
